Appeal
The need was felt for the set-up of a trust and collect funds to carry out Nithya Poojai and Utsavams from the Interest accrued from the fixed deposit. Trust will act as a vehicle to preserve sanctity of these temples, which will further aid in the prosperity of the village. There are several mahans, who emphasised the importance on maintenance of village temples including Kanchi Maha Periyava, who had quoted the importance of preserving our existing temples and mentioned that maintaining of existing temples is more sacred duty than creating new ones. Further to maintain the sanctity of temple/deities, it is our communal duty to sustain the Nithya Poojai and Utsavams.
So it is desired that those above 18 years of age, both male and female, may come forward to strengthen the Trust and place it on sound financial footing by contributing liberally. We would appreciate your help in serving the Lord and preserving the vibrancy of the village.
